The Role You’ll Play:
We are seeking a Field Account Executive to help rapidly scale our gym footprint. The Field Account Executive will join as a key member of the Field Sales Team, responsible for working with fitness providers from start to finish, including researching new opportunities, initial outreach, contract negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transition for onboarding.
What You’ll Do:
You will proactively research and connect with fitness providers via phone, email, social media, and industry events to build meaningful partnerships.
You will stay ahead of the competitive landscape by understanding pricing and product differentiators, enabling you to clearly communicate ClassPass’s unique value.
You will own the full sales cycle—from generating leads and prospecting, to pitching, negotiating pricing,and executing contracts.

You will collaborate closely with operations and marketing to keep communications consistent and ensure every partner’s onboarding is a success.
You will keep Salesforce up to date with accurate and timely information to support growth and strategic decision-making.
The Experience You’ll Bring:
Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and confidently navigates ambiguity
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Open-minded problem solver who approaches challenges creatively and develops innovative solutions for partner needs
2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding monthly targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cold calling, active listening, and building rapport through empathy
Experienced in using Salesforce and email marketing tools to optimize and scale sales workflows
Collaborative team player who works cross-functionally, shares knowledge, and partners effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Passionate about fitness and wellness; existing relationships with fitness providers are a plus
Located in or available to work remotely in: Austin, Boston, Dallas, Miami, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
Willing to travel up to 30% domestically (possibility of some international travel)

The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $52,125 to $81,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Have we piqued your curiosity?
