A plain-language summary of the terms for using this website and the free growth check. This is a summary, not legal advice — contact us with any questions.
You may use this website to learn about SOCELLE and to request a free growth check. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
The free growth check is an informational read we prepare to help you see opportunities in your business. It is guidance, not a guarantee of any result, and it is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Decisions about your business — including pricing, products, marketing, and operations — remain yours.
When you share a menu, website, product page, booking page, launch idea, link, or details, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give SOCELLE permission to review them to prepare your read and to discuss working together. We handle what you share according to our Privacy Policy.
Some features — a professional profile, following, saving roles — require an account. Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account or impersonate anyone. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account-deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate access — including removing a profile or account — if these terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect SOCELLE, its members, or the public. You may stop using SOCELLE, or delete your account, at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability) continue after access ends.
The site, its copy, the live intelligence reports, and the reads we produce are SOCELLE’s work. Please don’t copy or redistribute them without permission.
We respect intellectual property and expect members to do the same. If you believe content on SOCELLE infringes your copyright, email hello@socelle.com with: the work you say is infringed, a link to the material in question, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We will review valid notices, remove or disable infringing material where appropriate, and may remove repeat infringers.
The site and the free read are provided “as is.” Any industry figures we cite are general references, not promises about your business. To the extent the law allows, SOCELLE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the free read.
These terms cover the website and the free read. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and SOCELLE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
