Role Overview Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a driven Junior Account Manager to come and join our global business. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, and working with our Partners and our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will be accountable for building long-term relationships and driving growth (up-sell/cross-sell) & retention/monetisation of the Fresha platform. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career. You could be a sales/business development representative that wants to transition into working with existing customers, or you have had relationship management experience in another CSM/AM role but would love to work with the customer Base that Fresha assists - The attitude to want to learn and develop, and desire to achieve targets are what we really value.
