Position Summary: This role leads and develops Regulatory professionals who support product development for innovation, technical transfers, and upgrades. The Manager oversees regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle - from raw material and formula review, ingredient label development, and claims substantiation, to artwork/asset approval and product registration. This role is also accountable for cosmetic/OTC product and site registrations for the US and Canada, serving as the subject matter expert for regulatory strategy and execution. The Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive regulatory frameworks supporting cosmetics/OTC and will own the related end-to-end documentation. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, results-oriented leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, builds strong relationships across business functions, and brings a solutions-forward mindset to every engagement.
