The Role You'll Play
As an Account Associate, you’ll be a key support partner for ClassPass partners, helping ensure their experience is smooth, responsive, and set up for success. You’ll support day-to-day operations, keep partner information accurate, and help the broader post-sales team identify opportunities to improve the partner experience.
Serve as the first line of support for ClassPass partners, resolving operational questions and issues through email and support channels
Keep partner information up to date across systems, including accurate listings and class schedules
Support the post-sales team by preparing reports, surfacing partner needs, and assisting with outreach initiatives
Help onboard new partners and support a smooth activation experience on the ClassPass platform

The Experience You’ll Bring
1+ years of experience in customer support, account coordination, operations, or a related role
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, evolving environment
