We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead consumer growth and engagement strategy at ClassPass. You’ll oversee the vision and execution, lead a team of PMs and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Have a track record for incorporating experimentation into your build process; know how to construct an effective test and analyze the results

Key Responsibilities
Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Drive roadmap prioritization using value-vs-effort frameworks to maximize impact and time to market.
Balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic investments.
Execution & Delivery Excellence
Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation across teams.
Champion User-Centric Product Development
Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to guide product direction.
Foster a deep understanding of the needs on both sides of a consumer and wellness business marketplace.
Partner with UX and research to ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, ensuring they deliver measurable impact.
Promote a data-driven, outcome-oriented product culture.
Ensure the team follows best practices in product management and documentation, driving consistency and clarity across initiatives.
Encourage cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, payments, marketing, and customer success.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to executive leadership and key customers.
Build strong relationships with partner businesses, gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.
Skills & experience
7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading and managing PMs.
A strong track record building high quality consumer products.
Deep experience with consumer mobile apps and consumer growth and engagement funnel optimization
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, query, and interpret data independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across functions and with data science.
Sharp product intuition grounded in user feedback and data.
Experience working in agile, full-stack product teams from discovery through delivery.
Comfort using modern product tools like Notion, Confluence, Jira, Figma, and Miro.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $200 to 250,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Have we piqued your curiosity?
