We are seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent across various disciplines, such as software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal for managing senior-level searches, engaging with Engineering leaders, and building effective partnerships across the Tech and People organizations. You will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of our teams at Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process.   This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.
